Spring is finally here, and so is our long waited Spring Menu 2017…
We will be turning 10 years this year, so we figured the first menu this year should set the tones for the next step in our development as a bar.
With age comes wisdom (sometimes) and often a bit more social awareness. This menu will therefor feature products and ingredients close to our hearts, as well as close to us geographically. And to dot the i’s and cross the t’s, we have made a few small snacks for you to go with some of our new cocktails…
